Argon 18 Xenon 650 and Xenon 24 models are updated versions of the popular R2 and D2 junior racing bikes. Both feature geometry and components particularly adapted to young riders. The Xenon 650 has 650C wheels, the Xenon 24 rides on 24’’ wheels.

Aluminum frame

• Both models feature an aluminum frame for reduced weight and real racing performance.
• As with all Argon 18 models, even these junior bikes have their top and seat tube shape and size optimized according to the HDS principle, an Argon 18 exclusive.

HDS: Horizontal Dual System

• The Horizontal Dual System has ensured that the top part of our frames absorb vibration while the lower section fully delivers power to the rear wheel.
• Dividing the frame into two horizontally segmented parts reduces frame weight while retaining the balance and stability of a heavier frame.

AFS – junior version

• The Argon Fit System is an optimized cycle geometry that facilitates rider positioning. On both of our junior bikes, AFS ensures.
• A geometry that is proportional to the physical dimensions of junior riders, for better control and a safe ride.
• Optimal stability and handling characteristics with both Xenon 650 and Xenon 24.

Quality mechanical components

• 650c wheels with alloy rims and quick-release hubs.
• Shimano Sora derailleur, front and rear.
• Shimano Sora STI brake/shift levers.
• Tektro R310 alloy brakes.
• RPM alloy Crankset with 165mm cranks and 50/34 Chainrings.
