Look Keo 2 Max Carbon is a newly designed stainless steel plate over the extra-large axle to increase pedal life as well as surface durability.  Inside the pedal are two ball bearings (12mm inner x 18mm outer diameters) as well as a needle roller bearing.  All the bearings are sealed so you can count on lower service, long bearing life as well as a super smooth ride. Another addition to the 2010 model are the addition of 14mm threads on the axle that allow you to adjust the Q-factor by up to 2mm with the use of specific washers.

Look did not change the cleat. Still the Keo grip cleats with the built in rubber contacts.   Since they did not change the cleat, they are compatible with your current Keo cleats, both regular keo and keo grip.  And, with the new larger platform, it is even easier to clip in and out. Features:
