Ryders Thread Polarized Eyewear is designed to drastically reduce glare. As light hits a reflective surface, the waves change so they are all vibrating at the same angle as the surface. Horizontal surface reflect most of the glare that we encounter. For this reason, this polarized lens contain vertically oriented polarized.  They block out horizontal light waves while allowing vertical light waves to pass through.
