If there are any discrepancies in shipping, please notify us within two working days upon receipt of order.
Within seven (7) days from the receipt of your order, if you would like to return an item (or items), please contact us first, then we will authorize you to send the item(s) with a copy of the original order/receipt. Please ensure item(s) returned are in restockable condition with all boxes, tags and wrapping still intact. We do not issue credit for shipping and handling charges. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. All special order items are non-refundable.
